    Wine Country Car & Limo Service provides luxury private chauffeured transportation services in the Napa Valley Sonoma and San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in wine tours, airport transfers (SFO, OAK, SJC and SAC), corporate events, and special occasions. We offer a variety of luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter Vans. Our experienced and professional chauffeurs provide a safe, reliable, and luxurious experience.
  • What type of Vehicles are used for my transportation?
    Sedans, SUVs, Sprinter Vans, Buses.
  • What types of itineraries are available?
    One way & round trips involving airport. One way & round trips not involving airport. Hourly services. Private wine tours. Point to Point.
  • How many people can fit in?
    Sedans up to 3 passengers. SUVs up to 6 passengers. Sprinter Vans up to 13 passengers.
  • How will I pay for my ride?
    We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Credit card transactions can be processed through our booking system to maintain the security of your personal information, or over the phone as well.
  • Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?
    The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, gratuities, and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags, which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class. The number of passengers does not affect the price.
  • Do rates on the website include everything?

  • Do I need to call to confirm my pick up?
    No. Once you make a reservation, we’ll send you a confirmation email, which means you’re in our reservation system and you’ll get your car on time. There is no need to confirm your pickup.
  • If I book my reservation well in advance, do you still need my credit card info?
    Our system does not accept reservations without a valid credit card number. We use the card to secure the ride in advance.
  • What is your cancellation policy
    Our cancellation policy requires that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time for sedans and SUVs and seven days for Sprinter vans and buses to get a full refund.
  • SMS Comunications
    When you book a service with us, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS to the cell phone number you provide at the time of booking. We will use automated SMS messages to communicate with you and provide chauffeur statuses, location, vehicle information, and directions to where and how you should meet your driver. Also, conversational SMS messages may be used to communicate as needed, in relation to your service at hand. No SMS messages will be used for marketing without your previous consent.
  • What is the alcohol/ drug policy?
    Alcohol consumption or possession is not permitted by ANYONE in the vehicle, if ANY of the passengers are under 21 years of age. Illegal drug consumption or posession by any passenger is not permitted. Breaking these terms is grounds for immediate termination of service for ALL passengers, with NO REFUND.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
